But when you’re dealing with industrial UV sterilization, it’s more than just a sticker. It’s the difference between a system that runs smoothly for years and one that becomes a nightmare on your shop floor. The electrical side of things Here’s the thing: UV systems use high-voltage ballasts to get those lamps or LEDs firing. If the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) isn’t handled right, the system can leak “noise” back into your factory’s power grid. Ever had a PLC controller or a sensor start acting haywire for no reason? That’s often the culprit. By sticking to CE standards, we make sure the shielding and filtering are actually there.
